Good Luck To Emily Allsopp who is swimming in the British Swimming Championships this week. The Championships will take place over 6 days, from Monday 29th March to Saturday 3rd April 2010 at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield, and doubles up as the Commonwealth Games qualifiers.
