Day two of the British Gas ASA National Age Group Championships sees Abbie Wood crowned as the gold medalist and national champion in the girls 11yrs 200m breaststroke.
Abbie qualified fastest from the heats in a time of 2.52.80 – a 5sec PB and then went on to smash this by a further 2secs by winning the final by almost 4secs in a time of 2.50.97, setting herself apart as the class act in Girls breaststroke for 11year olds in Great Britain.
