WELL DONE EVERYONE! It was such a good gala on Saturday with team spirit soaring! I was dying to put some trunks on and dive in!
Buxton had 10 first place finishes! (with a few, harsh technical disqualifications along the way)
It was clear to see that yet again the Junior Development squad's technique is shining through, in competition now which is fantastic! Everyone fought hard in every race!
The boys relay at the end won Gold, your medals will be arriving shortly, after another team fielded ineligible swimmers.
We have to remember to concentrate on swimming fast, not smiling all the way down the pool! you know who you are! ;)
Those few swimmers who turned up to training Sunday had a tough set and did themselves proud, pushing past the pain barrier. It really was great to see red faces :)
The improvement shown in the past few weeks is immense and we can only get better! :)
