On behalf of the coaching team I'd like to say how impressed we were at the Satillites gala at the weekend. Everyone conducted themselves very professionally on poolside, in the warm ups and in the cool downs. Well done.
We had 7 swimmers competing in 29 races (including finals) and we had 13 PB's across the board. Every swimmer PB'd over the weekend which was great!
I was very impressed with our starts and underwater work, keep it up guys!
Small things to work on are things like swimming in a straight line, no breathing 1st stroke off the dive or turn and making sure we touch the wall with two hands on breaststroke turns (you know who you are)
All in all, fantastic weekend!
